How to play Anti-Knight sudoku
Anti-Knight sudoku borrows the chess knight. A digit can't appear again anywhere a knight could jump to from it.
Chess meets sudoku.
The rules
- Classic rules apply: every row, column and 3×3 box holds the digits 1 to 9 once each.
- Two cells a chess knight's move apart (an L shape) can't hold the same digit.
Where to start
- When you place a digit, also rule it out of the up to eight L-shaped cells around it.
- Boxes side by side push the same digit apart: a digit in the middle row of one box rules out much of the next box for it.
